Provides excellent film formation over non-porous or previously coated surfaces to also help rejuvenate, preserve, protect, waterproof and beautify. The high-performance acrylic resin and special performance additives forms a clear sealer finish on most any surface and helps to restore the original color. Originally designed as a clear elastomeric sealer for roofing surfaces. Acrylic resins actually rejuvenate and promote in extending the life of the surface to which it is applied. It can be top coated using SHINGLE SEALER or PERMAKOTE SHINGLE Elastomeric Roof Coating for long lasting protection.
